As a media composer, Isaiah Carter takes to heart that music is the art of storytelling, even moreso in the realm of cinema. These compositions are meant to inspire feeling in the hearts of those who listen, and invoke within the soul the emotion that a great film score should.
Beyond the silver screen, Isaiah also explores the realms of contemporary composition, from rock to pop to hip-hop in order to stretch his skills as both a composer and producer.
Isaiah has quickly risen to become a force in the arranging sphere, both for instrumental and vocal music. In his time at Berklee, he became a sought after writer for background vocals, lead sheets, and horn charts, as well as lending his specific musical instincts and sound to a variety of projects, shows, concerts and productions all around the area.

Before he began composing and arranging, Isaiah’s first love was the drums. They got him into the GRAMMY Foundation’s annual summer camp 2 years running, and into Berklee College of Music on scholarship. He is also proficient on piano and keyboards, performing in and even leading some ensembles during his time at Berklee and beyond, even on the silver screen.
